During his seven-plus years at McKinsey & Co, culminating in his role as Associate Partner, Cyril spearheaded high-impact client projects across Europe and the Middle East. He has also held pivotal executive positions at Credit Suisse and Zurich Insurance, driving global growth initiatives and leading significant transformations. His efforts have focused on redefining GTM strategies, redesigning product portfolios, revitalizing commercial operations, and implementing advanced performance management systems. Additionally, Cyril has provided strategic consultation to fintech, AI, and blockchain startups, aiding in their rapid scale and development. Prior to his consulting and executive tenure, Cyril served as a senior officer in the French Navy.

Cyril earned an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Engineering from the French Naval Academy, and a BA in Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He holds a professional certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University.
