His field of work spans multiple industries, covering business development, supply chain strategy, digital products, platform economy, and technology.

He has a proven track record of creating new business fields, executing turnarounds, forging strategic partnerships, and generating value at the intersection of commercial, product, and tech endeavors. His experience includes roles at notable companies such as Adidas, Swarovski, and TRATON Group. Most recently, he served as Global VP of E-commerce/Omni-channel Solutions at DB Schenker and as Interim VP of Business Development CL Europe.

Johan holds a Master's degree in Business, with a major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, from Linnaeus University in Sweden and Western University in Michigan, US.

Having lived and worked in Sweden, the UK, the USA, Germany, Austria, and China, Johan is fluent in English, German, and Swedish. He currently resides in Munich, Germany with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, hiking, and skiing with friends and family.
