Martin has over 20 years of experience in growth strategy, commercial transformation, sales & marketing effectiveness, pricing, and M&A. He helps private equity and public companies create value and complete transactions.

His extensive background in international operational leadership at Deutsche Telekom / T-Mobile International, and management consultancy roles in Europe, and the US led him to a Managing Director position at Blue Ridge Partners. Formerly, he was also Managing Director of the start-up Hiss Tec (parent company of CORE Kiteboarding). 

Martin began his career with Simon-Kucher & Partners in Bonn, Boston, and Paris. He holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration (Dipl. Wi.-Ing.) from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT, Germany) and studied at EM Lyon (France) and UC Berkeley (US).

He lived and worked in the US, the UK, France, Spain and Germany and speaks English, German, French, and Spanish. Martin and his family live in Bonn, Germany and he enjoys kitesurfing and traveling.
