Patricia has over 20 years of experience in commercial management, sales & marketing effectiveness, and change/leadership development.

She brings along a strong background in sales & marketing leadership and management consultancy roles – both, strategy and operational. Amongst others, Patricia was heading the global CRM department at Westwing and various leadership positions at Telefónica. She started her professional career as management consultant with Simon-Kucher & Partners.

Patricia holds an MSc. in Business Administration (Dipl. Kffr.) from WHU, studied at IAE Buenos Aires and Gothenburg School of Economics. She is a dvct-certified Business Coach and supports management teams in transformations.

Patricia is fluent in German, English, and Spanish. With her family, she lives south of Munich, Germany and loves spending time outdoors with family & friends.
