Peter has over 25 years of experience in commercial transformation, marketing & sales effectiveness, pricing and channel management as a C-level executive and line manager.

Most recently, Peter was Chief Consumer and Marketing Officer at New Work SE in Hamburg, where he successfully monetized fast growing HR-tech marketplaces such as kununu and honeypot. As CEO of congstar, a German MVNO, he led the company for more than five years, achieving double-digit annual growth and unprecedented customer & employee satisfaction. Under his leadership, congstar was transformed into the most advanced digital telco in the industry. He has held several senior management positions at Deutsche Telekom / T-Mobile International in Germany, the Netherlands and the US. He started his career at Eon and Eutelis Consult.

He holds a PhD in Economics and studied at Cologne and Bonn University. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
