Richard has over two decades of top management consulting expertise, specializing in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, and monetization. A former partner at Simon-Kucher, he has a rich history of advising clients across diverse sectors, including industrials, engineering, technology, and business services.

His career began at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where he not only served multiple industries but also played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence by opening and managing the Warsaw office as the Managing Partner for the entire Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Richard is an esteemed speaker at industry events and a lecturer at notable institutions such as the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Estonia Business School, and CA Controller Academy. He holds a Magister in Commerce, equivalent to an MBA, from WU Vienna and has studied internationally at Lincoln University in New Zealand and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, where he resides with his family, Richard is multilingual, speaking English, German, Polish, and Russian. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys alpine skiing and traveling beyond the confines of business lounges.
